Happy 6 months little man! I didn't write yesterday because for some reason I felt like it wouldn't make it real if I didn't write a letter to you! I have been a little sad that you are getting SO big and I'm going to miss you being a little guy! But today was better- I am very excited for what the future holds so it only lasted about a week. You look more and more like a little boy every day, and less like a baby. Its amazing!
We went to the pumpkin farm last weekend, and I wont lie, you didn't have a blast. You seemed a little confused most of the time. And your Halloween outfit was too warm to wear... oh California, ruining the autumn feel of the pictures!
So you are now sitting up by yourself, SORTA crawling (more like a frog hop but you're getting there!), saying things that almost sound like words. You think EVERYTHING is yours and will throw yourself at the computer, tv remote, and cell phone to get at them! You recognize the doggies and LOVE watching them. Chloe adores you and will lick your face until you are laughing hysterically. Eating solids has been going well- you even like your peas! But bananas and squash make you rash-y.
Grandma and Granddad Swigart came this month and you guys went to Pescadero and Gizditch Ranch without me! They had SO much fun with you, seeing how much you've grown! And Grandma Phillips and Grandma Neal will be here in less than a month to visit for Thanksgiving!
Football started and you get to wear your 49er's gear and hang out with Daddy while I'm at work. He LOVES watching football with you- something he has been waiting for since before you were born. Hopefully you will enjoy it as you get older too.
We love you little man! Its time to start thinking about your 1st birthday party! It will be here before we know it!!
