Moved!

Well I completely dropped the ball on posting for Rowan's month-day. We were in the middle of Thanksgiving/packing/moving madness!!! We are finally un-packed and starting to get settled in, but we still have not done ANY Christmas decorations. Kind of a bummer since its Ro's 1st Christmas and I want it to be special! I know we will get there, but it has been so stressful!

So in Rowan news- he is crawling like a big-boy as of yesterday! And using that new skill to try to pull himself up on things. He is a chatter box when he is around people he is comfortable with. He is always talking to himself in the back seat of the car. And gets a huge thrill out of feeding the dogs his meal instead of eating it himself. His favorite activity right now is standing up in front of a table so he can pound on it. He can actually hold himself up for a long time! So when we moved it was time to put the crib mattress at the lowest setting!

I think he is really actually teething now. Maybe? His gum is bulging and he has been really cranky. The crankiness could be from his 1st cold, or still getting settled in too. I have no idea.

My mom and Nate's mom came for Thanksgiving. It was fun, but hectic. We were trying to pack for the big move in the days before and right after since we moved the weekend after Thanksgiving. Rowan had a great time being doted on every second of the day!

Moving took an entire day. Luckily we had quite a few people come help us. Anne watched Rowan all day while I did moving stuff. He did not nap at all so keeping him entertained was rough. Nate thought it would take 4 hours! Ha! But we LOVE our new house and our new neighborhood.

Chandra comes this weekend with Maki- hopefully we will have plenty of pictures to share!
