Camera back in action!

Happy Birthday Mama!

So taking your camera to the beach is apparently NOT a good idea. How the heck to pros do it?? Sand just gets everywhere, zipped pouches everywhere. So without being able to upload my pictures, I felt silly writing... Without being able to TAKE pictures I felt lost. To get it fixed would be more than the worth of a camera- so I got us a new & improved one. Not much improved, not a DSLR... one of these days Nate will let me get one. Maybe when I'm 50 and the things I want to take pictures of will move much slower and the shutter speed wont even matter anymore. Hahaha! Oh well, I guess grand-kids?

Anyway, Rowan, you are now 13 months old. WHAT??? 13 months?? You have learned some new words this month, like "Toes"- which sounds remarkably like "Shoes" and "socks", but we know what you mean! You are much happier with sippy cups now! And we are still waiting for your 1st steps! Hopefully they don't happen while we are on vacation this weekend.

This month all had birthdays, went to the beach, went to a BBQ cook-off, and went to the zoo. For daddy's b-day we surprised him with a party- Jeremy and Sara flew in from SD! Everyone came over to sing happy birthday and he was so shocked!

I promise to be better at updating this month. :) Hopefully I'll get some pictures of your party and fun stuff up while we are in Mendocino.
